Foundation to Impact: Building Strong Blood Cancer Patient Advocacy Organisation

This Educational Programme is a structured learning journey designed to support blood cancer patient organisations in building long-term sustainability, impact and credibility. The programme consists of a series of 3 complementary courses, each addressing a core pillar essentials for the effective functioning and growth of patient advocacy organisations.

Developed specifically for the blood cancer advocacy context, the programme responds to real challenges faced by blood cancer patient organisations worldwide - from unstable funding and limited capacity to the need for clearer strategy, stronger governance, and meaningful engagement with stakeholders.
